A bright and colorful 20 sqm room with a double bed, a “toletta”, a large wardrobe and a comfortable sofa where you can relax and plan your routes. Air conditioning, heating system and free Wi–Fi available.
The private bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidets is contiguous to the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven , microwave , 5-burner gas cooker, a fridge and a freezer.
A rich and abundant breakfast served from 7 am to 10 am. Coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, fruit juice, biscuits, jams and cereals are available at your choice.
Via Gregorio VII is the main road in the area of St. Peter’s Basilica outside the walls of the Vatican City. The district is well connected by bus and metro in a few minutes you can reach the historic center, Saint Peter’s Basilica, Piazza Navona, the Colosseum. It is also easy to reach Termini station and Fiumicino Airport.
As a free service during your stay, you will be provided with 2 bikes, to be free to ride through the narrow streets of the Eternal City.
We provide transfer service from Fiumicino and Ciampino airport and Termini and Ostiense train station to the apartment. Please request this service at the time of booking.

Please do not disturb the neighbors, leave the apartment in the same condition found it, throw the garbage on the day of checkout and respect the environment by turning off lights and air conditioning when you are not inside the apartment.

Very kind and cheerful people. We had lovely breakfasts. Our hosts haven't been doing any troubles and they have been very helpful with suggesting us our aims in sightseeing. We recommend everybody staying with them when visiting Rome.
