Very clean and cozy apartment!
Had a very pleasant stay here. Bus and tram can be accessed nearby, so the city center is easy to reach.
Antonio was a very good host and helpful at all times with any question and problem.
The view from the balcony is amazing, the rooms were absolutely clean and Antonio gave us a map and always some hints about the city. Thank you for the great stay!
We had a great time. The accomodation was fine with enough privacy. A nice street with not too much tourists but very nice locals. Antonio is friendly and really helpfull.
If you like to walk, you can go anywere. You can also use the public transport.
I have rent a doubleroom with my boyfriend at António´s place.
António is a very nice and helpful person. He gave us good tips for restaurants and sightseeings in Lisbon. His mother - living in the flat, too - is very likeable. Even if she does not speak any english, she talked with hands and feet with us and helped us whenever she can.
The room was big and cosy. Unfortunatly the room was very noisy because of its street location. Using earplugs is a good advice! Nevertheless we would recommend Antónios place and would come back again. The good price, the great view of the Tejo and António and his mother are worth it!
Nice and tidy room! Antonio gave us a lot oft advises for the City! The way description to the Apartment was great! A great possibility to visit lisboa
António`s flat is really good located and really nice. It was tidy and António and his mother helped us in everything, what we needed. They have a kitchen, where you can cook and have some nice conversations. They have excellent Coffee and tee, that you can use for free!!! We felt us really at home and we are so happy, to choose this flat!! I can just recommend it to everyone!!!
Thanks a lot!!
A very nice experience. The landlord is quite patient to introduce viewpoints in Lisbon and how to reach them. The room is big and clear enough. Every day， people come to do housekeeping. We lived in the house like friends that everyone is very friendly!
Yes, this room has the charm of the sixties. All furniture looks like a poor unhappy man, standing in the fug of the years and less light gives you the sense of be lost in lissabon in a dark period, noise of old trams is cutting into your head, giving you the sense to be right now in the middle of the street and "no", you don´t want to open the leaky windows because of this. We must say, the welcome was friendly but this is not all. For the price of the room, we can expect to have a chance for sleep, to have clean toilets and no smoke around the corridor. The businessman of the guesthose was only a voice on the telefon and next morning we decided to leave and try to claim this unhappy room. The virtual man on the telefon decided to give no answer to our demand for giving back a part of the money. OK, let us hope, António takes the money to improve his moldy flat.
