The apartment is in every quiet building in the back. The district Oberkampf Menilmontant is appreciated by a bohemian and trendy clientele. Restaurants of charm, market of street 4 times a week, trade opened late in the evening are near immediate.
Further to the cementary Pere Lachais within 5mn walking distance, the main places of interest are easy of acces from metros Menilmontant (line 2 for Gare du Nord), Saint Maur (line 3 for Opera, Roissybus and Grands magasins) or Belleville (line 11 for Pompidou Center, Hotel de Ville , Chatelet)

lovely place, and great to communication.
We were absolutely satisfied with the apartment. Mr. Chevry wre very kind with us, the house itself is on a very good place, the public transfer is very good from there. BR Agnes
We really pleasure to stay in your apartment, is quite small but with all the necessary. We really enjoy the location "marais", so near the centre pompidou and where we can walking in the centre of the city. The apartment was also very clean.
Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and privacy of this little apartment. The environment was wonderful - the leafy courtyard and the street life in Montorgueil. It was also well equipped for everyday living. My only minor complaint was with the chairs which I found to be a bit uncomfortable.
Super nice place to stay in Paris. Great view from the balcony (you can see Sacre Coeur & the Eiffel Tower from there), kitchen and bathroom are tidy and well equiped! Also Romain is a nice guy, he gave us lots of information on the neighbourhood, where to go out, etc...
Only disadvantage is the bed which is pretty close to the ceiling, but you can take the matress off there and lay it on the ground which is also pretty good, because you can then enjoy the view out of the window when lying there. :)
Would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a central and yet cheap flat in Paris, would come back there at any time!
Nice apartment, excellent service from the staff.
We had a great time at the apartment in Paris! It's small but very nice! The only extra exercise is to get there (6th floor) with a heavy suitcase and no lift! ;)
The good thing upfront: the apartment is located very centrally - major sites such as Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Louve can be reached by foot. The apartment is not facing the street but a backyard. However, it is still extremely loud because a restaurant is facing the small backyard. Noises from the kitchen, dishwashing and stapling of empty bottles are intense. The apartment is located right above on the 1st floor. It takes until approx. 3 a.m. for the works to be finished. Thus, only persons who are resistent to noise are recommended the apartment.
We stayed with 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) - the apartment is actually to small for this. The "kitchen" is so tiny that we never cooked there. The bath is very small as well. Internet worked well and the organization was unproblematic.
Great location close to Canal St. Martin, metro stations, and the vivid Marais. Everything was well functioning in the apartment and we had no problems what so ever. Only troubles might be that it is located on the 6th floor (no elevator) and it is a rather small apartment. It didn't bother us though.
