Pierre was a great host! The apartment was really nice and the location was perfect. The only thing is that if you aren't prepared to walk up stairs then this apartment might not be good for you as there isn't an elevator.
My girlfriend an me spent five nights and five days in pierre´s flat. This is our resume: location: perfect!, in the centre, two metro stations nearby, supermarket and bakery nearby; house: nice, typical parisian town house in a secure and calm neighborhood; way from the main entrance to the flat: about 100 steps over 6 levels , no elevator (no problem for sporty people, exhausting for people who aren´t sporty)!; flat: very nice and in a lot of aspects luxury, nice view on the Eifel tower!, big bath tub (Pierre: please change the tub plug, because it does not hold in the water very long... the water gets less and less even the plug is plugged in), fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed (Pierre: the flat and the area around the bed were free of dirty spots, so that I would call your flat "clean", but it was too, too, too dusty around the bed and under the bed! BAD for people with health issues such as asthma!). Looking to the benefits of Pierre´s flat and the moderate price (of 800,00 Euros for five nights over new years eve, which is a very good rate for an accommodation in this quality in Paris) we would book it again and recommend it (especially to couples who are looking for a romantic place to stay).
We have enjoyed our stay in Paris very much. Pierre was a very kindly host. He showed us the flat and has explained everything exactly. Moreover, he gives great tips for our stay. A water cooker and a pan would still complete the well equipped flat. The flat lies in a pleasant residental district. The supermarket and the metro are not far away.
Excellent apartment. Very clean and charming!!! Placed in a very centric place and well conected by metro from/to airports and monuments. Friendly and helpful landlord.
Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay!! We love your city!!!
Pierre ist e very charming host and we enjoyed staying in his appartment very much. The appartment is in a good and quiet area and everything is close by. Our first holiday as a couple and we had such a great time in Paris! Thank you :-)
Pierre, thanks for your friendly touch! We were celebrating our first anniversary in the City of Love, and your smart and lovely apartment has been perfect for us. Congrats for that and good idea sharing it with the world!
We wish you´ll have Love, Luck and Hapiness.

It was quite an experience to be in Paris the weekend after the attack on Charlie Hebdo. We sympathize with the victims and their loved ones.
The apartement is great: very cosy, excellent location, charming host, great view. . Just one tiny detail: the toilet seat needs fixing.
The flat is very much as described and exactly as shown in the pictures. Excellent location and the stairs are really not an issue! Pierre is really accommodating and it was great not having to lug our bags around Paris on our last day. The flat has a special lived-in feeling about it that will appeal to a lot of people. We watched the New Year's fireworks on the Arc de Triomphe from the window while the Eifel Tower glittered in the distance...
