The apartment is very close to the Macro museum, the food market, restaurants and bars of Testaccio and Trastevere. It is very convenient to just walk into the historical city but this place is also very well connected by public transports.
The room on offer is bright and spacious, with a small open view balcony. The apartment has a bathroom and a living room plus my bedroom. I take care of the flat and can serve breakfast, cook Italian food and give tips and suggestions about the town. You will be treated as a very welcome guest.
You will have private access to your room and balcony and to the bathroom and living area. Usage of the kitchen is on demand. If you need to use the washing machine, just let me know. Breakfast and towels are included.
I live in the flat, have my own room and most probably will be working from my studio during the day. You will have keys and will be able to come and go whenever you like. I can help you and give you tips about city’s interests and amenities. I will help you to make the best of living in Rome!
There is a lot of free public parking in the area.
The flat is located in the center between two great areas. Testaccio and Trastevere. Testaccio, used to be the river Port of the Romans on the Tevere. It is close to Pyramid and in the past centuries it used to be the butchery district which left a huge and silent space used as museums, food, shopping and alternative economy. Trastevere is very well known to tourists from all over the world. On Sunday morning Porta-Portese Flee Market is just downstairs. There is much more in the area to see and to live.
2 Minutes from the Tram System. 2 Minutes from Trastevere train station. Connection to Fiumicino airport takes 25 minutes.
You should take your shoes off in the house.
Italian breakfast included.

We spend 7 days at Giulios Appartment, he was absolutly fantastic. He helped us out with a problem we had with a car and even gave us some bicycles for a ride through the city. He knows a lot of secret places and we had some very nice conversations. My girlfriend and me, we would love to stay at his appartment again one day!
We enjoyed a pleasant visit with Giulio, who was the perfect host. The accommodation is a nice walk away from the ancient Roman sites.
Giulio is a very friendly host!
The bedroom is spacious and the flat quiet. And the breakfast was perfect.
We enjoyed our trip in Rome!
We enjoyed our stay at Giulio's apartment. Giulio is a very nice host. He gave us very good tips about Rome and we also spent some time talking about this and that. Every morning we had a breakfast at the kitchen table prepared earlier by him and the coffee from the italian percolator was really tasty. The location in my opinion is great. The surrounding area of Trastevere and Testaccio is very authentic where you can watch the daily life of real Italians. There's also a big flea market on Sunday just outside the entrance to Giulio's house. And it's still only a few stops by bus or a tram to the city centre and the main tourist attractions. I highly recommend this accomodation.
Our stay in Giulious appartement was exellent.
Giulios is af very fine host, he gave us good tips for sight i Rome and informations about Italy. Every morning we found a tabel with bread and well-tasting coffee.
The appartement is situated at 5. floor with a nice prospect over the street from a small balcony five minutes from Trastevere Station (wtih connection to Fimicino Airport and other destinations.
Near Trastevere, the most lively part of Rome, Giulio has a nice appartment with a warm welcome and care! We stayed here for 5 nights and we certainly would choose again to stay here! Giulio makes you feel very comfortable as his guest. The bedroom is great with the small balcony and the nice view over Tasticcio bridge. Very practical is the situation near Train station Trastevere, only 25 min. to the airport. Tram 8, also nearby, brings you right to the old centre of Rome. We enjoyed Rome and the stay very much! Love and greets, Jan en Marie, Holland
We had a great time in Rome also thanks to Giulio and his apartment. He is a very friendly host and the apartment is nice and clean. The location is good, too.

I was in Giulio's place for 4 days and I can really recomment it! Its close to the trainstation Trastevere so easy to find. The sleepingroom has a little balconny were you can watch the Roman way of live. Sunday morning there is a nice fleamarket .
Giulio is a charming host and very flexible !! It is a very good price /quality
Giulio is a great host. He gives you a lot of advices for a pleasant time in Rome and is interested in your stay. For us he had a surprise because we missed two days trough a flight cancellation. He also gives you a feeling of it's your own home in spite of he lives there also. We've had good conversations in Italian but he also speaks English. The room is big with lot's of storage and a tiny balcony with place for two. The apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator but Giulio is very kind to bring your luggage up.
Breakfast was typical Italian: biscuits with coffee and juice. Not enough for who's used to have bread and other things, but across the bridge (about 400m) is a big markethall with different stands full with lovely food (fruits, bread, ao).
We had a great stay and we highly recommend this place and host!
Very nice and big apartement. Very good coffee, good bed and matress and very clean! Go there and enjoy!!
