______1. In order to complete reservation process and for security clearance, please email to me an electronic color copy of your and your guest's valid driver’s license front and back (for U.S and Canadian guests) or valid passport with color copy of photograph and address pages (for International guests). Check-in will be after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM.
______2. FOB/Key will be available for you to pick up at concierge desk on check-in date once identification documents have been provided. At check-out, you can leave FOB/Key with concierge under the designated person's name. Thanks!
______3. Lost or damaged FOB/Key will be reimbursed by the guest at a cost of $200 CAD.
______4. Pro-rated cleaning fee will be applied to guest's account for maid service if suite is left unclean or not in the same order as it was handed to the guest; cost starting at $200 CAD. You may clean suite yourself or hire a vendor prior to your checkout; local affordable cleaning service can be reached at 647-688-4084.
______5. Towels, bed/pillow/duvet covers must be put in the washing machine and be washed/dried and put back in bedroom linen closet. Please put on new set of bed/pillow/duvet covers and towels which can be found inside linen closet. Thanks.
______6. Vacuum cleaner, wet/dry mop, duster and washing machine is located in front closet. Please empty the vacuum cleaner dust cup after every use. Cleaning products and wet wipes for the mop can be found in kitchen sink cabinet. Thanks
______7. Please vacuum and/or mop the entire apartment before vacating. Also, please clean the bathroom. Once again, cleaning utensils are in the kitchen sink cabinet. No heavy cooking or baking is permitted on the premises. Used paper towels, toilet paper, fused light bulbs, and all used cleaning supplies have to be replenished by the guest. Thank you.
______8. Please discard perishable items from fridge before checking-out. Wash any used dishes and put them away. Please do not use any food or beverage stored in the pantry or fridge. Remember to take all your belongings with you. Suite management is not responsible for items left behind. Thanks.
______9.Trash and recyclable items must be disposed by the guest prior to vacating premises through disposal chute located on same floor (left of the Exit sign before elevators). Thank you.
______10. Guest(s) agree to report any damages to the contents of suite including furniture, fixtures, and appliances during their stay. Any damage to appliances or content of the suite must be fixed or replaced by the guest prior to check out. You may contact Sears Appliance Repair 1-800-4-MY-HOME to fix damaged appliances.
______11. For monthly rentals, security deposit of $200 CAD is required and entire amount of rent for the stay has to be pre-paid.
______12. Operating manuals for appliances as well as instructions to access wifi internet will be available at the suite.
______13. No smoking, pets, or children allowed.
______14. Avoid scratching/staining/marking the floors, walls, counter tops, cabinets, appliances, or furniture.
______15. Cost of any missing and/or damaged items will be applied against the guest's account.
______16. All electrical appliance and lighting system must be turned off when not in use.
______17. Air conditioning and heating system must be turned off when balcony door or windows are open.
______18. Use of premises is exclusively for the guest(s) making reservation.
______19. Shoes and heels are not allowed beyond front entrance area, as this will damage new flooring.
______20. Suite and building management reserves right to enter premises at any time to conduct maintenance and inspection as required.
______21. Please respect your neighbors and keep an acceptable noise level at all times.

Sehr schöne und praktische Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Zentral gelegen, Bushaltestelle um die Ecke, von dort in wenigen Minuten bei Subway und damit schnell im Toronto-Zentrum. Gleichzeitig wenige Minuten zum Ontario-See. Großes Plus: Fitness-Center im Haus, äußerst angenehm.
Minus: bei geöffnetem Fenster ist Autolärm von Gardiner Highway unüberhörbar.
