Cheap in trendy Kreuzberg
|地址||Wiener Straße, 10999 Berlin, 德国|
Great location with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants, clubs and easy public transport.
The apartment is located in the famous district of Kreuzberg. While Berlin was divided, this neighborhood was a border area of West Berlin, where the rents were low enough to attract artists, dropouts and immigrants. For this reason, Kreuzberg has been known ever since for its multicultural flair and alternative subculture. After the Fall of the Wall Kreuzberg is now situated in the center of the reunited city.
Night owls can enjoy the legendary `Kreuzberg nights’ especially in the area around Mehringdamm, Bergmannstraße and in the Oranienstraße. In Kreuzberg you will find clubs like ‘SO36’, ‘Watergate’ or ‘SchwuZ’: this area has something to suit everyone’s taste.
The Görlitzer Park is a beloved summer meeting place for young people. It is just around the corner.
If you want to chill out, the ‘Victoriapark’ is a popular relaxation area in the western part of the district. Here you will find the eponymous Kreuzberg Hill, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view. During the summer, an artificial stream flows down from the top in the form of a waterfall.
Kreuzberg is well connected to the neighboring districts through the U-Bahn lines U1, U2, U6, U7 and U8, and the S-Bahn lines S41 and S42 (circle line). U1 and U8 are within walking distance.
The neighbors are very happy when it's quiet in the yard from 22 clock.
Smoking is not allowed in the guesthouse. You can smoke in the backyard.
Wifi is free. PLEASE NOTE: Germany is very strict chasing people who download content illegally and apply heavy fines. Please don't! We would like to keep the internet open for our guests.

We arrived before the official check-in time and there was no problem to pick up the keys. The apartment was clean and well equipped: towels, heating, kitchen tools and washing maschine are provided.
The location is great (just 1 minute to metro station and 3-4 to the train and Strassenbahn.
I strongly recommend considering Ivo's apartment for your both tourist and business stays.
Great location and view, nice and very clean apartment, everything worked perfectly. Recommending!
We've had an awesome week in this studio! The location is just perfect, really nearby an u-bahn station and in the neighbourhood there's much too see and experience.
The studio had everything you'll need + a dishwasher! The courtyard is nice for eating.
Very very nice apartment. Closed to alexander place and 20 seconds walking far from the nearest metro station. Views are great and the apartment was very clear. I would return without any doubt.
Very good apartment highly recommended for a complete family
Nice apartment, clean, near underground station and well served by public transports, near a supermarket open 7-22. Nice view of the city (from 10th floor...). Definitely an optimal solution for visiting Berlin.
That is great place to stay in Berlin - fantastic view from the window, nice, clean and fully equipped apartment, very good located (just few metres from subway, 1km from Alexanderplatz, few minutes from free parking zone). Hosts were very kind and helpful. Thank you, Suzana and Ivos! Best Regards, Marcin
We have really loved staying here. The location is fantastic, very close to Alexanderplatz and with great public transport connections elsewhere (U-bahn and S-bahn are literally next to the building). Parking is available for a fee that can't be beat in this part of Berlin.
The only downside we can think of was that we visited Berlin when temperatures were around 30 Celsius. The apartment, like almost everywhere in Berlin, does not have AC and it can become a bit too warm if like us you are a winter person not relishing heat.
However for 50 weeks in year it is just perfect and we hope to be back.
This guesthouse is very nice, well located and clean.
I recommand this room!
The room looked just like in the picture, and was just by a courtyard that was really cosy. It was also just next to a small convenience store that held snacks, drinks and necessities - which was nice! The area also held plenty of restaurants with varying prizes, and a train station very close by.
The room was very spacious and even though we shared the bathroom with another room, we never felt it wasn't accessible. But maybe that had to do with the fact that we got up later than they did.
Now, the negatives included the pillows, which were very, very flat and airy in comparison to "normal" pillows in hostels and hotels. We solved this by rolling them for better neck support, but it was still a little bit of a nuisance. Secondly, there was an ant invasion during our two last days. The nights were okay, since most of them retreated, but at one point we had ants on all the beds and the table. I was going to let the office know, but since it was closed every time I checked (it was the weekend) I didn't find it necessary since I slept on the couch instead while my other friends were out of town during that time.
In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay apart from the pillows and - above all - the ants, which probably only was an issue for the people living on the first floor.
