For leisure and for business, enjoy this fully equipped, brand new and ready-to-live-in flat. The flat has been renovated and equipment is in very good shape.
Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new.
The flat is very bright and covers a space of 51 sqm with a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The place is fully furnished included a CD player, a TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed of 160 x 200cm, another one of 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed for one person.
This large flat is located in the Montmartre area, nearby rue Lepic (famous for Amélie Poulain movie) and the Moulin de la Galette which is the only windmill in working order of Montmartre. The rooms are large and very well decorated.
The flat is very comfortable, it is very quiet and bright.
There are many shops and stores for food around the flat and the open air market located rue Lepic is just few meters from your flat.
The flat has easy connections with the major tourists attractions such as Opéra Garnier and main streets for shopping (15 minutes), Champs-Elysées (15 minutes).
It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. The area is very safe and quiet.
Apartment is located near to the top of Montmartre which has its own special charms. However, the apartment is located above a busy restaurant, the neighbors are noisy and a number of things in the apartment need repair . Not really value for money.
I have stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and it was very nice! New, clean and in the perfect location! Would stay there again :)
Nice apartment and actually the reality confirms the photo impression on the website. Very nicely decorated and enough space to accommodate us (3 adults and 2 kids 3 yrs old). BUT, what the good folks of Wimdu do not tell you: 1. The apartment is high up on the Butte de Montmartre and you literally have to climb the street when you walk up the street. You have to be in good condition to do so. 2. Most disturbing is however that the apartment is above a reataurant and below very noisy neighbours. Contrary to the information on the website, it is not quite at all, unless you live in the same schedule as the peiople in the building: sleep from 5AM to 2PM. We like to sleep in normal hours. The party that was going on and the continuously walking people on the 2nd floor with their hard shoes on a wooden floor caused us two sleepless nights.
So misleading if you find several pamphlets in in your room asking you to be quiet............
Despite the nice location, the beautiful apartment and the efficient booking procedure this stay was an utter disappointment.
een prima appartement in een super leuke straat! Wij hebben er gelogeerd met vijf volwassenen, en dat was prima te doen. Alleen de wc / douche ruimte vonden wij wat ongewoon (voor Nederlandse begrippen), maar goed, het was niet onoverkomelijk.
Sleutel instructie was ook duidelijk. Vooral vanwege de locatie is dit een echte aanrader!

Nice cozy clean appartment. Enough space for 5 women. The appartment is located on the busy street near the bastille, but it's very quiet once you enter the complex. The only problem was the wifi. I didn't get the passwords on the email and connecting to the wifi was only possible from the sleeping room. Other than that, I would recommend this place again.
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole grazie anche al comfort dell'alloggio. Il monolocale è molto ben ubicato (zona vivace e contemporaneamente tranquilla; vicinanza metrò, negozi, ristoranti, ecc.) e gradevole al suo interno con presenza di tutto il necessario per svolgere una vita quotidiana normale.
