|地址||Granada, 29015 Malaga, 西班牙|
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a balcony overlooking Granada Street, lounge with dining area that has a second balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is connected to the living room by a bar. It has a ceramic hob, fridge and oven. The washing machine is located on the terrace of the apartment. In the living room we have a sofa bed, so you could sleep separated or be three or four person. The bathroom has shower cubicle.
It connects with terrace by a very bright upstairs. The terrace occupies the entire top floor. The views are wonderful, you can enjoy exclusive views of the Alcazaba and the Cathedral, as well as different churches of the historic center.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of the city between the Picasso Museum and the birthplace of the painter. Granada Street is a pedestrianized shopping street that begins in Merced Square and culminates in Larios Street, one of the most emblematic streets of Malaga. The building entrance is located next to one of the most typical gathering places of Malaga, the hold of the Pimpi.
The public bus stops are 5 minutes walk away and there is a taxi rank in 50 meters.
Staying in this apartment, you would be very near of Picasso and Thyssen Museums, and the Cervantes Theatre.
For your food shopping, you have a municipal market 5 minutes from the flat as well as a supermarket and some typical food shops.
We expect our guests to be careful with the furniture and household utensils.

The apartment was nice with a wonderful roof terrace. The apartment is most suiteable for 2 persons. Some noice from outside by night by people in the street. Could be nice with air condition. One problem could be the key system that the door is closed when locking the door. If key is forgotten inside you have a problem.
We stayed three weeks during february in this very nice appartment in the old part of Malaga, and had a nice time both in the appartment and Malaga.
We can recommend both a tripp to Malaga and a stay in the appartment
with walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, museums and other places
Our stay in Málaga (3 weeks) was a success because of the wonderfull and full equipped apartment we were lodged in. Calle Granada is situated in the hart of the city centre. All museums, interesting objects, restaurants and shops are on walking distance. Iff you need à break you can rest at the amazing sun roof on top of the apartment where you can see the cathedral and the Alcazaba.
Do not droget to visit restaurant Pimpi next door!
This is a great apartment for a stay in old Malaga. In fact it is the epi-centre of Old Malaga. It has a lovely terrace from which you can people watch and the views of the alcazaba and the churches are good as well. Easy communication with Virginia. Easy key pick up. Clean and comfortable. Directly above El Pimpi (but not noisy for Spain!) Ticks all the boxes for a city break. One slight problem might be the two flights of stairs and the stairs up to the terrace but it didn't bother us.
We loved staying here. The location is fantastic and the roof terasse amazing. We enjoyed being so close to everything - shops, a lovely bakery, cafés and restaurants, Picasso museum and beach included. Be prepared for some noice from people in the street at night - but hey - you cannot have it all. We were able to sleep well with the doors closed and a fan on :) Virginia was very quick to reply on our questions. I can warmly recommend staying at her place.
It's a great apartment in a great location!! In the morning you can see the sun coming up behind the historical fort Alcazaba from the roofterras. The roofterras is very nice and as big as the apartment. In the evening you can enjoy the sound and vieuw of people enjoying food and drinks together from the terras. The apartment had everything you need, is historic and bright, has a good bed and a very friendly naighbour. José is an artist and runs a galary in the apartment below, so he is only there on opening hours. Málaga is great to go around with a bike. I enjoyed my stay at Virginias apartment very much Muchos grácias!!
Virginia's apartment is in an good location, close to all the main places of interest in the city. The apartment is excellent with the added benefit of a lovely rooftop veranda, giving great views of the Cathedral and Alcazaba palace. Virginia was very helpful with good communication both prior to and during our stay. For anyone looking for a private apartment when visiting Malaga, I throughly recommend this property.
Went on a three night anniversary break with my husband. Gorka met us outside the apartment and was extremely helpful in showing us around and giving us advice on where to go. We were very grateful for the wine, beer, water and sweets. It was a nice touch. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the roof terrace is an absolute stunner! The location of the apartment is fantastic- minutes to picasso museum, roman theatre, views of castle, cathedral and right in the centre of town but only minutes walk to the marina/port and a further five or so to the beach. Its location can make it rather noisy as people mill around late into the night. However the noise didnt bother us at all as everything else was perfect. Thanks Virgnia
Beautiful appartment in the centre of Malaga. Everthing you need is there, including a stunning terrace on the roof! There is no airconditioning, but the appartment itself is cool so that was no problem at all. The beach and the centre are only a few minutes walk away. It was really nice staying here, specially with a wine, beer and chocolate as a welcome. Thanks again, Virginia!
