Great location from which to explore. Just a short walk and short metro ride to Manhatten and connections to Brooklyn, and 1 minute away from stops on the Q58 bus route between Brooklyn and Flushing.
The apartment itself was clean, large and very comfortable for two, provided wifi, bed linen and towels.
Jason met me at the apartment and explained everything and was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times.
A very minor grumble was that the plumbing in the house was a little noisy in the morning as water tanks behind the loft walls must serve other apartments in the property, but this is only a very minor complaint.
All in all, I would highly recommend Jason's apartment as a base to explore New York.
We were four people and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Jason was very nice and he helped us with everything. The place is kind of small but enough for just five days. The neighborhood wasn't really reliable but the subway is very close and well connected. So definitely I will recommend this apartment.
The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Splendid was that it had a computer. It was close to bus, subway and convenient shops of all kinds.
Jason was friendly and very helpful. One never had to wait long for an answer from him when one sent an WhatsApp.
We spent three whole weeks and would gladly rent this apartment again.
The description of the apartment and most of the reviews are adequate: it is a spacious apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood with good public transport connections. Jason is indeed a very helpful host!
The room was really clean and for 2 people perfectly adequate. The host was friendly and courteous. The location is very good. With the subway you drive 15 minutes to the heart of New York. We can really recommend as the price-performance ratio is really true.
Everything was smooth and went perfect. The house is located just 3 Minutes walk from the metro station. Jason already waited for us.
The apartment is well equipped and for us, as a family of 4, a good choice. During days out for sightseeing, in the evening our own spot with privacy to relax.
Several supermarkets are in the neighbourhood, as well as small restaurants.
We would book again.

Nice clean apartment that is close to everything you need and Jason is a great guy!
Jason upgraded us to the bottom floor appartment with 5 beds and a terrace outside, without changing the fee. Perfect! He was very helpful. I even was allowed to specify delivery of an Amazon parcel to his working address, so I could take it home in my suitcase thus avoiding high shipping costs to NL.
The airco's are working 100%, the fridge is ok, all kitchen utensils were there. Large TV with interesting networks on it. Trip to Manhattan with the M or R metro is ok (40 min) but you have to take notice: some (exoress) trains skip Grand Avenue (that is where you have to get on/off).
I stayed almost two weeks in the Center of Queens near Roosevelt Ave.
The flat was nice and clean.
Jason gave me further information about Queens and my staying there.
He is very kind and trustworthy.
I fell very good and my decision to stay in one of Jasons flat was right!
I would ome there another time.
The connections to Manhattan are really good and quick:
Train 7, different Metros and Bus Q32.
Going with bus Q32 war very comfortable:
The station for this bus is under the bridge, very near to the flat. It passes Queenboro-Bridge, follows the 59th street for a while and turns into 5th Av and runs until Penn-Station. You can use the busses with the Metro-Card.
Another bus, Q53 goes to the other direction: to the Atlantic, Rockaway. It takes about 50 minutes and it is very interessting to see a big part of Queens in this way. From Rockaway it is possible to take bus 34 to Brooklyn, where you can change into the Metro then (close to Brooklyn College). This was a nice journey I did one day to spend some time at the seashore.
In Queens I visited flushing meadows and the House of Luis Armstrong.
It was interessting.
To Manhattan (59th street) is a 15-20 minutes drive uo to the metro you take.
Near the flat there is everything you need for daily life:
shops, bars, doctors, pharmacy ...
Hello and thanks to Jason :-)
