To stay at Caroline was a pleasure. I would always recommend them.
The room was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were good and the it's closed to the subway station. Furthermore Caroline and her family are very nice people. They invited us e.g. to the "block festival" where we got in contact with the neighbors.
Very nice house and Caroline and her family are kind with guest… It's also very clean; we have appreciate this and we think it's a very good place to visit New York because the subway is near.
Caroline and her sister were great hosts! Caroline welcomed us very warmly and explained everything in detail - the house and especially the room were very clean, tidy, spacious and very comfortable! The neighbourhood is quite nice and safe - 2 supermarkets in walking distance, only a short ride with the subway. Both sisters were very helpful and went above and beyond whenever we had questions. All in all a great stay and we would be glad to come back.
Very good welcome and quite room in Brooklyn. Very close to the subway to go directly to Manhattan. Possibility to take an american breakfast closely. Only one bathroom to share between 2 or 3 rooms.
Caroline and Charyl are very nice and helpful! The House, the room and the bathroom are very beautiful and clean! It is near a Subway Station. We wish Caroline & Charyl all the best. Thanks for your friendly and homely accomodation.
I was in new York one week. Caroline's house is a great place. Caroline and her sister were very kind. The house was very clean and it had everything you can need. The subway was about 300 metres, and you can take trains to Manhattan. I recomend this place 100%.
It was a really nice stay in a great room with great hosts. 2 minutes to the subway, 4 minutes to a supermarket. 35 minutes to Manhattan (Wall street).
Shared bathroom, cleaned everyday. Fast wifi.
Everyday Cheryl or Caroline where there to ask if everything is fine or if there is anything needed.
We will stay there again. Thank you for everything!
A very warm welcome given by Caroline. Caroline was very kind and helpfull. She is a professional. She explained everything very clear. Caroline made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean. I sure recommend this place to other people for their stay in New York. Caroline thank you for all your help. We are home safe now.
Kind regards from Marieke and Lucy.
It’s an excellent accommodation and Caroline and her sister Cheryl are taking good care of the place and their guests.
We had the luxury room which is the biggest room out of three bedrooms that are rented out and which share a bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The basement apartment is owner occupied. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped so that we could prepare meals for us. The accommodation is a 3 minute walk away from subway lines 2 and 5, the subway ride to 14th Street takes about 40 minutes. A few blocks further in the other direction are subway lines B and Q. It is a very quiet and nice neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, post office etc. in walkable distance. The Fulton Mall shopping area is a 20 minutes subway ride away.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this place and would love to come back again next time we will be in New York.
